Aditya Birla Group encountered a challenge in establishing a unified digital engagement platform for its IT teams across different business units. The absence of a centralized system led to manual, time-consuming processes and a fragmented approach to managing IT services provided by BMCSPL (Birla Management Centre Services Private Limited). The lack of a cohesive online presence hindered collaboration and operational efficiency among IT professionals.

Align stepped in to revolutionize ABG’s IT service management by designing an intuitive digital engagement platform using Microsoft Power Apps. This new centralized portal transformed how IT services were accessed and managed, eliminating manual tasks and integrating custom UI elements to enhance user interaction and streamline operations.

UX/UI Design

Designed portal to digitize manual tasks to organize all IT services in one place, and consolidated multiple portals into a single, user-friendly platform with custom UI elements tailored to ABG's brand identity.
